The house is shared with another guest.  You have full access to the kitchen (including cooking utensils),  private laundry room, dinning room, living room. The house has a private front/ side patio and porch, it is also fenced all around with front and back gates and private entrance. No TV, but yes, Free Wi Fi service included.
Great area 3 blocks away from the lake, local library and "Village" with trendy restaurants and boutiques.  Bike and walk paths around the Silver Lake and L.A. River are close.  4 blocks to the west is "Sunset Junction" with more trendy shops/restaurants. 1/2 mile to the east is Echo Park another trendy area close to Downtown.  Easy access to  public transportation and major L. A. Freeways.
