trailer is a 1997 mallard fleetwood, i got paper work with the right information. Trailer is an a fair condition, tires are not put!!! Waiting for it to get sold in order for me to install then and they are in like new condition. Trailer is sold as-is it is not complete Stove is missing and i have it re-model so i may have more space inside but, i guaranteed it look great. This is perfect for someone single or couple. I am willing to work something at in order for me to sell the trailer. Couch and television are not included but i can include them if the price is right. The reason am selling it because i found a apartment suitable for me and my family and this was just temporary.
